My firestick TV won't connect to Amazon cloud service

please update your tv's firmware/software. If this does not solve the problem, you might need to update your physical firestick (ie get a newer replacement).

Pair Firestick remote to TV
Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices. Select Amazon Fire TV Remotes. Press and hold the Home button for 10 seconds to pair your remote.

If the TV has HDMI inputs then it will work.You will need a wifi to connect firestick to Amazon.You will need Prime to access Amazon movies.

you need t go into settings then internet on your smart Tv and connect to the new (SSID) wifi signal and type the password correctly then connect after a god connection is made amazon will work if you have a firestick you need to update the wifi ssid and password on that device also.

1. Plug your Firestick into one of the HDMI ports on your TV. Plug the USB power cable into your Firestick and into the wall or a USB outlet on your TV (if there is one)
2. Turn on your TV and set the INPUT device to the correct HDMI port. There should be a splash screen or setup screen on your TV at that point.
3. Using your Firestick remote, navigate to network settings and scan for your WI-FI router, Then enter the Wi-Fi password for your router (the same one you use for your smart phone or laptop).

You should be able to fully use your Amazon Firestick, and if you have Amazon Prime, be able to access all prime and free offerings from Amazon.

How do I fix my Firestick? Hold down the Select + Play buttons together for 5 seconds to Restart the device. Restart the device: Settings > System > Restart, then once restarted unplug the power cable for 5 seconds then plug back in. suspect the firestick may be getting weak signal from the router.

Please unplug the Fire TV stick from power source and then plug it again after 5 seconds.
Once the Fire TV stick is back on, please take batteries out of the remote and re-insert
