Pull off the Big Wheels and see if you have Hair Wrapped around the Axel part of the wheel, sometimes when I used to have a manual wheelchair hair would wrap around it. If not, then it really could be your tires, especially if they have treads on them, you might have warn down the treads making it harder to push, so check both, if your treads are low, then you need new tires, you can either call the person who helped you get the chair, like a wheelchair Specialist or even try your local bike shop, I've gotten tires from them before, they aren't as good as the ones I get from my Wheelchair Specialist - Hudson Home Health Care, but they at the time were better than nothing.

Any reputable dealer will have a PnG or Qutronix programmer that plugs into the chair in order to program the profiles. This dealer obviously does`nt know that. Call a different dealer.
