If the computer got wet, and you have been trying to start the engine, there's a good chance it is toast. You would need to know if you are getting spark to the plugs, fuel to the injectors, power and a ground pulse to the injectors, and normal compression to proceed. One of those things is missing from the equation. Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key on ?
Flickering monitor display (assuming graphics card and vGA cables are ok), are indicative of either a failing powerboard capacitor, a "dry joint" or other internal failures. I would also suspect the inverter as a prime cause here. Repairing... probably beyond the cost of a new monitor. As to any warranty with the original supplier, i'm in the UK so cannot advise what to do there. TBH: 3 years from a monitor is about the life span depending on how much use it gets
disconnect all the cable from the monitor except the power cable .
see if you see any test screen and keep it on ,if the test screen blacks out you monitor is bad ,better buy a new one as usually repairs cud be expensive
if u can take pics and they are ok on pc then if u want to replace the lcd then i can help u find and replace one but spending 60 $ on this camera is not recommended u can ask me more on buying a new camera in 125 $ range or see this for lcd part
I suggest you contact Omron with your requests for Marshall 80-series blood pressure monitors. Omron seem to have bought / acquired / become otherwise responsible for the Marshall brand.
