What device? what operating system? What software - Facebook App or web browser? what page specifically is stuck? Have you tried a Restart? Have you tried a hard restart?

The FB login screen has a link called Forgot Account? It's directly under the password field. Most likely, FB will send clues to the email account of the former employee. If you don't have that email address, I would try having another FB user login to FB Support for help.
check your internet connectivity.. check if the FB app on the phone is updated .. reboot the phone .. free some disc space on the phone to improve speed.
well with the info as i understand it your screan resolution has been changed depending on your operating system you may be able to start up in safe mode and set your screan resolution back to monitor default or plug and play as they say you will need admin password security with most systems to perform this operation , if you are using an old CRT monitor it could be vertical control is out of alignment gone bad inverted

Changing towers shouldn't cause a problem with logging onto Facebook (you can access FB from any computer in the world, remember). All you need to do is try and log on with one email account, and password, if this doesn't work, go via the "Forgotten your password?" link at the bottom of the new window. it will ask you for an email to send the reminder to, or ask if you want it re-set, and send it to the email address you've just tried.
IF the problem, is that you've forgotten your email account password (that you registered on FB with), and can't access it when FB send the FB PASSWORD, you need to create a new account on FB. (THEN, find your old account, search for friends, and then let them know your page has moved to your new one!)...
You need to completely LOG OUT of your own facebook account first. Then in Google search page type "Facebook
You will see a page that asks you to either log into facebook...or register an account. Click on register and enter your husband's details. follow the prompts all the way to the point where you verify the account.
This is the only way.
