Hit the talk button. Say Setup Menu. Then Say Remove Phone (phone # you want to remove). Alternately, say "remove all phones", then re-pair just the ones you want.

Press the big blue button in the middle. It will take the call but you have to wait a couple of seconds. Don't answer the call with the phone though as it will not transfer to bluetooth (it's a sort of privacy option)

On
your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).
While
your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put
it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10
seconds).
Your phone will find the device, and you will be
prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone
should pair with the device then.

yes most motorola blue tooth devices have a pin pairing code of 0000 andyou have to make sure your blue tooth device is in discovery mode.
