Try running the Check Disk Utility.

To run the check disk utility you will need a repair disc or a operating system disc. Put the disc in the cd drive and boot from it. You want to get to the Dos Command Prompt (Black screen with white letters) and type the following command: chkdsk /r
Check disk will run well over an hour or two and you will notice the percentages going from high to low, this is normal. Let it run to completion. Then reboot machine.

If check disk fails to solve your problem you might have to reinstall windows. Try doing a Repair Install that way you don't loose your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs.

In windows xp you get to the dos command prompt by selecting R for repair when the options appear.

In Vista and Windows 7 you want to get to the recovery console and look down at the bottom of the window for the Dos Command.

Hi there,
This error refers to an expansion card having an issue. If you've got any cardbus, wifi, bluetooth, etc cards take them out and see if that resolves the issue. More info here:

look at the pci motherboard add on cards plugged into the motherboard . maybe one of them has gone faulty or is not seated properly in the pci slot.

In most pcs you need to repair the start up. You probably have a virus preventing you from doing much of anything. Call the manufacturer and get the recovery key to push when you start it up and wipe it back to the day it came out of the box.
To get around to copy the files off before you do that try this. Press the windows key next to Alt and use the arrows on your keyboard to go up & down & left & right. If nothing happens when you press the windows key, the recover it as soon as possible.

I'd definitely at least run a RAM test - if you can get that far (bootup using a bootable CD with memtest 4). Otherwise just see if removing the RAM has any impact.

Also could try flashing the BIOS, again if you can get that far.

It's clearly not relating the operating system, so either BIOS, or hardware failure.

I have a D620 Laptop.. when i turn on my Laptop i get the Eror : "I/O card parityinterrupt at F000:E1B5" Type (S)hut off NMI, (R)eboot, other keys to continue. how can i solve this Problem ...Please Help...

try going into the BIOS of your system upon powering your laptop as soon as you see your Dell Logo keep on tapping f1 till you get a different screen or if the system beeps when you tap on f1 then stop it should boot into your system BIOS and give you options,

normally for dell it should have a phoenix BIOS try setting your bios to defaults then save and exit the bios if still it does not fix you issue then you can try reinstalling windows and its drivers .
