I have an element TV and i found, through use of the brute force approach, that code 04 (listed under Goldstar in the code list) worked. Volume, power, and input. The only drawback (and something that's been a drawback on many programmable remotes) is that an element TV doesn't cycle between the different inputs when the input button is pressed, it just toggles input selection. So instead of being able to press it a few times to get the the input i want, when pressed And since the directional buttons on the song remote aren't intended to operate the TV, you still have to use something else to change the inputs.
