I instaled panda I got my numbers went to activate and it wont activate The thing said my number is already being used. It is but by me. The activated pop up wont go away and is driving me nuts. Help
It sounds like you are installing on a second computer and when you are activating you are telling the software that you don't have a client number. If this is correct when you activate the software you will do the following:
First screen of activation:
1 Activation code
2. Email address
Second screen
1. Your Client or Customer number (make sure you say YES I am a client, this way you will enter the client number that you were given from the first activation)
If you cant remember your client/customer number, go to the following link to have it sent to you by email
