My visual land tablet is locked with numbers on the screen I’m unable to clear the screen is locked

To factory reset your Visual Land Prestige 10 tablet, you can follow these steps:

1. Turn off the tablet by pressing and holding the Power button until the Power menu appears, then select "Power off".
2. Once the tablet is off, press and hold the Power and Volume Up buttons at the same time.
3. Keep holding the buttons until the Visual Land logo appears on the screen, then release both buttons.

expensive answer,next time write it down , but , I assume you do have a computer. Go to the prestige web site and see if they have customer support. Without their know how you will probably never get into it.Take it back to where you bought it and see what they can do . How much did you you pay for it?Thats a real expensive mistake if you can't get back into it.
