YOU CAN ADD YOUR MAIDEN NAME ON TO YOUR PROFILE. YOU COULD EDIT IT FROM THE ACCOUNT SETTING ON FACEBOOK AND ADD YOUR MAIDEN NAME ON TO IT.

Take the battery out and turn selection switch to camera and then turn it off. Put the battery back in and its working again.
if that doesn't work try
Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times.

That's the Scroll Lock indicator.
While not really used for anything today, Scroll Lock used to serve a purpose in DOS text editors - if it was on, and you'd press the Down arrow on your keyboard, the document would scroll down. If it was off, you would move your cursor to the line below it.
It should also work on Microsoft Excel - try it. Open up Excel, make sure Scroll Lock is on, and press the Down or Up arrows. Now turn it off, and see what happens.
If you don't know how to turn it off, search for a key marked "Scroll Lock" or any short versions of that name. If it's in a different color, you may need to press Fun+ScrollLock for the light to go off.

Dear sir,
You can only change your username once so before following these steps choose your desire username carefully.
1. Log In to Facebook
2. Move the mouse pointer on Settings
3. Click on Account Settings
4. On the setting tab you will see the user name
5. Click on Change in-front of username
6. Write your desired user name and click on 'check availability'
7. If that name is available than it will accept.
8. Sign out and sign in again
