If you can't turn on data on your Mobicel Rebel, check your phone's settings, make sure mobile data is enabled, and confirm that you have a data plan or sufficient balance with your mobile carrier. If the issue persists, contact your carrier for assistance.
First, go to 'settings'. Then, go to 'Internet' , 'Network', or any other heading that includes internet and connectivity settings. The title can slightly vary due to different models and versions of devices. Then, under your internet/connectivity settings, look for 'data' or 'data usage' or 'mobile data'. Once you find your data related setting heading, there should be a toggle that can be switched on. If the toggle is not there, this can be found when the data related setting heading is clicked on. Once the data is switched on, you should see the "LTE', '3G', '4G', '2G' icon at the top of your screen depending on which type of data you use.
