its because your lens kit are defect search on google for replacement lens ist about 80$ usd its not really hard to replace but verify that your warranty is over before lol

hi there this sounds to me like your oil level indicator is saying the oil is low, if this is not the case you need an oil change.
or to stop hard turns and hard braking lol.

I probably is the DS not the game. I would take the DS back where you bought it from.

This is the result of the gears in the viewfinder that run a barrel style gear are misaligned or mashing.

Two Solutions:

1. Replace or clean out and reseat the gears of the viewfinder. This requires a small bit of technical camera repair expertise.

2. Now do not laugh at this one. Turn the camera ON and immediately while the grinding is going on slap the camera very hard in the palm of your other hand. Do this repeatedly until the issue fixes itself. I have recommended and done this many many times and fixed a bunch of cameras this way. LOL The gears of the motor and the viewfinder barrel gear become misaligned so a good hard jolt seems to get them back in alignment and you should be good to go.
