Perhaps contact a seller online by email to request assistance or source of a manual.

Example:

https://www.rakuten.com/shop/areatrend/product/1682165683/

Apparently also sold by JC Penney and Walmart, and might try visiting those stores, or contacting them to ask for assistance.

SOURCE: casio watch problem

Hi,

Appreciate the direct "Ask Me".

Offhand, I would say yes to the battery replacement. Though watches are not within my immediate field. This would be based on your post "2-5 minutes behind". As to the "lost signal" after a reset, may I request that you post back the specific model number pls.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back as requested, how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

SOURCE: daylight savings time change casio

An example for G-shock: I searched for casio g-shock manual and got this: http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/

You enter model from back of watch and it gives you a searchable PDF manual.

For mine, model 2638 (and likely most G-shocks), you press and hold the upper left (Adjust) button until the City Code flashes. You then press the lower left (Mode) to enter DST mode then press the lower right (Receive) as it cycles through On, Off and Auto.
On moves 1 hour forward, Off moves 1 hour back. After you select, you press the upper left button (Adjust) twice and it's set. I would not pick Auto anymore as my watch is still set to the original DST days which were changed in the US years ago and no longer match, I don't believe the DST days used can be changed by the user and I don't believe Auto receive adjusts for DST.

How to fix time on sketchers watch model  STTSR-002

Go on Google and do search engine on this issue. I have had numerous questions regarding many topics and I've never been let down going to this site for solutions. I've used this site for over 9 years and I am still using it with positive results. When You go on the Google Website under Search Engine Indicate "How do I fix time on Sketchers Watch STTSR002? And see what You come up with? You may have to use similiar words if it doesn't come up with initial result but I'm sure You will find a solution as I have the many times I've used Google. I think it's the best search engine out there. I don't own stock in the company or anything else but I'm just saying that I have always gotten my solutions answered.

Cannot change from 24 hour to 12 hour also did not change to daylight savings time

To change from 24 hour to 12 hour, you hold down the "Mode" button until it switches from 24 hour to 12 hour or vice versa. To change the time zone, you hold down the "Set" button until the time zone that you set it in flashes (like "LAX" on my watch). Then you press the "Receive/Start/Stop" button to choose the specified time zone you want. To set for daylight savings time ("DST" on the watch), after holding the "Set" button and having the time zone flash, you could press the "Mode" button. It will give you a few options for the daylight savings time (Auto, On, or Off). I chose the "On" option, which immediately changed for daylight savings time. If you manually want to change the time, you could hold down the "Set" button and keep pressing the "Mode" button until the time starts flashing on your watch, then pressing the "Receive/Start/Stop" button until you change it to the time that you want. You could also set the watch to beep or chime after pressing the set button if you wanted to know that piece. You hold down the "Set" button when you are done to get it to stop flashing. These instructions worked for my Timex T5G341 Universal Radio Control Watch. I hope this helps.
