This is not a question, try reading it back to yourself and see what you would think if you knew nothing about what kind of grill you have, and what is wrong with it.

Where can i buy a temperature control probe part# 21006A for a george foreman grill

You can buy the temperature control from the engineers who repair grills or you can go back to where you brought the grill from and they will replace it for you.

I have a Colemann 3000 grill which is in need of repair. The grill has been in storage for the past five years. The guts seem to have rusted out. I'll replace the parts, but am curious as to how best to...

Order the parts from Coleman.com or take it to Sears or grill repair person. If you do it yourself, take it apart first so you know wxactly what parts you need. I have the same grill in the same condition. I am replacing the rusted parts and expect it to look and function like new. I got mine to last a little longer by spraying the inside of the grill down with PAM in between uses after cleaning.
