Firstly, create your recovery disc by clicking on start menu, then click all program go to Recovery Manager then click on Recovery Disc Creation. start the process by creating a recovery disc for the resetting. You will require 2 DVD recordable to do that. After the recovery might have finished, restart your system to reboot allow it to boot from the CD, follow the steps until it is finally reset to the factory setting.

Is this your account or somebody elses? If yours did you set up a recovery account or have an attached cell phone? If not, you are probably toast. If it is not your account, you cannot get into it for obvious security reasons. Otherwise anybody could access anyone's account. Uninstall outlook and start with a fresh account.
