Silly question, but did you turn the shut offs back on after installing? If so, the aerator is probably clogged (the screen on the faucet). Unscrew it and clean it out. Good luck

if its leaking under the handle, all you need to do is remove the blue and red cap on the handle under you will find a 1/8 allen screw, loosen screw and remove handle and tighten the brass nut a little which will seat the packing underneath.

There should be a small hole under each lever handle. Inside the hole is a handle setscrew. Use a 2.5mm hex wrench to loosen, not remove, the setscrew. turn the screw counter clockwise to loosen, and then the handel should just pull straight up and off the faucet.
