I think its a fraud mail because i searched for uk work permit and in
it its written that company that employs you have to apply for work
permit,an individual cannot apply himself directly for a work
permit,also we indians will not qualify for a tier 1 visa due to our
education not recognisable in uk hence we get no qualifying points for
education.minimum points reqd is 75.
