HTX100 not switching on at once

(a) I am unable to switch on HT XQ100 Home thatre system at once. By continually trying the on off switch will eventually get the unit to turn on and it is fine until you try again the next time.
(b) Once its on it fails to recognize any disk - CD or DVD. It displays "No Disk"

thought I was going to get a response from FixYa - your website said queries answered with no charge - if I had wanted the premium service I would have gone straight for it but as there was no hurry I decided to go for the other option, it does not appear I will receive a solution from you and have therefore taken my unit back to the Samsung service centre for repair.

Samsung HT-XQ100 dvd will not go into the top loader...i hear the motor trying to draw the dvd in and i used to get it in with a slight angled push..but now it won`t accept a dvd at all

Contact with technical service.
Optical or mechanical problem.

When I turn on the unit I get a symbol that is a circle with a diagonal line through it and then the unit turns off. Any ideas? (Samsung HT XQ100 Home Cinema)

Your fan is bad.

The system is intelligent. It knows it will overheat without a fan. It also knows there is a problem with the fan, so it throws its self into self-protect mode to keep from overheating.

Have a tech check your fan.

try a dvd cleanig kit or unit colud be overheating. unit needs room to breathe

Suggest you go back and check all connections with speakers that wires are connected with input properly I have given you web address for manual usually find wires are not bared back enough for connection test each one individually with a tester to make sure there are no broken wires.
