Is this actually a Ricoh Aficio 1013F, or another model, because "CH551" is not a ricoh service code?Do you mean "SC551"
If so, this is a fuser "triac" problem (basically a fuse in the heater unit). It can only be reset in service mode after the problem is fixed...and will require a tech.
