Hi there this might help and I'm sorry if it doesn't, you can try turning on airplane mode, leave it for thirty seconds or so then turn off airplane mode and try again, you can also try reloading the wifi network list and your router in particular. Good Luck!!!

turn on the auto rotate screen and if that doesnt go in the top right hand corner there should be a button there, click on it and it says rotate just keep tapping it until it rotates to your desiered position.
