Do you need a basic bread recipe for this bread maker? I have the book. There is also a 1-800 number for accessories. That number is 1-800-738-0245. They should be able to send you a recipe book.
We didn't find a MANUAL, but we found a Mr. Loaf Recipe book. It is at www.scribd.com. When you do a search there for Mister Loaf, the first entry you see is unrelated. The second and third are good 150 page recipe books with comments how to apply to a Mister Loaf. Thanks to eBay discussion Board for help in locating this.
I've found that the recipe books that come with most appliances, aren't very accurate. They don't accomodate different altitudes or even different countries. I hate trying to convert European recipes to American. European recipes list their dry ingredients by weight, not by volume. I had to find a recipe converting website to change a lot of those that sounded good.
