Hold down the volume UP button and power to get to the reboot screen on my UMX phone.
use the volume keys to maneuver and select factory reset. use the power button to select.

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

Get a paper clip and find a hole on the back labeled reset. With the unit on, push the reset with the paper clip and hold it in for 5 seconds. That will set it back to factory default.
