How do you get to the fuse on a High Pointe EC028bmr convection oven microwave?

I also have a High Pointe Microwave Model EM925BSC SN 0608MO3508 manufactured in Aug 06. Tried to use it for the first time this weekend after buying a new Honda EU2000I to use it. The turntable does not turn automatically or when I try to turn it manually. Cooks OK. Nothing in the owner's manual that came with trailer (Zoom 178) mention how to fix the problem.

Anyone have a Ph# for High Pointe. Their Service center address is High Pointe, 2617 N Great Southwest Parkway, #100 , Grand Prarie, TX 75050.

That manual should have contact info to help you get in touch with High-Pointe to get a new one, or it may be close enough to your model to work for you.

Here is a link for the mag tube They do not list any for the high pointe brand anywhere, but all you need to do is get the size and wattage from yours and match it to the right one on the site.
