It seem that you have a clogged freezer drain. you can fix this by first turn off the unit leve all door and let it thaw about 4 to 6 hours or longer. if this doesnt cure the problem then repeat above procedure but this time open the plastic cover on the freezer and clean out the drain make sure all drain are unclogged also while your at it check the operation of the drain heater pan underneath the unit. and lso check the operation of the defrost timer. hope it help you.
With ours it is ice collection on the fan in the freezer section. This is located about half way down under the icemaker (please unplug to proceed). If you remove the four hex head screws and lift up the metal flap you will find the fan assemble and most likely the ice build up to chip off.
