Fuses blow due to a short circuit causing an overload. In your case it will probably be in the main power amp. One or more of the devices located on a heatsink. If they are transistors a multimeter will show a full scale deflection on the ohms range. Just like touching the test probes together! You might also see the amp parts burnt or damaged. PS check your speakers and cables for wires touching or faults as this is the most likely cause of the problem in the first place.
