2 possibilities here:
Faulty water sensor. The water sensor's job is to sense the weight and how much water has to be spinned out. If you have a full load in the machine and the drum spins like the it had an arguement with the rest of the machine, then the water sensor is the culprit.
Or.
The belt pulling the spinner drum is stretched and could be slipping instead of gripping(pardon the rhym) :)
Replace belt

Sounds like it's stuck in rinse, try unplugging it for 5 mins then power up turn the selector to normal cycle and start, see what happens. There might be a reset cycle it has to do. Or a programming mode. LG 18002430000 customer service

This sound like the water is leaking from the drain pump.

Run a hot wash with a Descaler which is available form most hardware stores.Marks on washing usually comes from a build up of detergent and softner between drums.

this unit will not spin until the water is drained. your pump is jammed or faulty.if u r confident, remove and clean pump.please turn off power b4 u work on it do want any accidents . please reply if u need more help

If the machine is less than 6 months old then there could be some coffee aound the gasket use a toothbrush to clean the gasket and try again. If the same result, then the gasket needs to be replaced.

If the cycle does not stop draining that is usually because of a faulty membrane switch that controls the water level in your appliance.
The faulty sensor cause the machine to think that there is still water inside, even when water has drained completely.

Lint build up. good hot water wash with bleach should do the trick
