It's a safety feature that it goes out but this situation is dangerous. Do a normal cooker cleaning and see if that helps. Otherwise you must call a gas engineer.

SOURCE: Quattro Plus heater will not stay alight

Does this unit have a thermocoupling?

If so replace it. (6 bucks)
It is the units flame sensor and they routinely go bad.
When they no longer sense flame the unit will shut off gas to the ignitor/burner.
It will only stay lit when you are manualy holding the button.

SOURCE: my rangemaster cooker lights on ignition but only

It will most likely be the thermostat that is faulty and will neeed replacing. If it wwas the safety device then you would not get any gas at all.

The Wok burner gas flow is really low and grill won't stay on

Bolcked injectors and blocked burner jets . I would also check and see if you have a valve on the that might be not be fully on . All points to lack of gas pressure I would also check the reg on your tank or bottle .

How to fix problems with hob not staying alight on rangemaster lpg

If you are holding the knob in for a good few seconds and finding that it still goes out, the thermocouple has failed on that hob. The thermocouple is the metal spike sticking up when you take the ceramic plate and carrier off each ring. First check that the ring pieces are correctly sitting on the cooker, but if they are you will need that thermocouple replacing.

Oven will not respond

The knob won't have any effect on the flame size.  The knob controls temperature.  If you're referring to the pilot light staying on and then the main flame not going on...that's another problem.  If the main flame will not go on, the assembly that controls the main flame is likely defective.  If the unit has a thermocouple, you might change it out first.  Sometimes, that's all that is needed and they're cheap.
