Did you reset it? If not try a reset this will usually fix the issues with those types of doorbells.

The reset option is under the face plate.

SOURCE: I have a M&S Systems Model MC602 Master Unit.

the only way that this door bell is ringing is when you manually action it ...right>???so ...the issue is on the button (switch ) or there is a short on the wires that goes to the button ....so ..if I was in your place ..I will power it off..and open the switch button (the one from the door that it pressed to action it ) ..and see if it is still ok ..See that if yo remove one wire ..is stopping ..if does..this means it is the problem and it needs replace ..or checked for a short circuit ..if this will not stop it ..means that the wires are making contact somewhere on the way ...and you have to go along them and check ..until find the problems ..If you find no problem along the buttons wires..than move on the unit itself..and open it to check for a short circuit between wire that should not suppose to touch ....that's almost all you have to do ...if youdo not find the issue ..is probably internal one in the unit itself ..and probably the fastest fix is to change it ..

My Honeywell plug-in doorbell won't stop ringing

If your Honeywell plug-in doorbell won't stop ringing, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the batteries: If your doorbell has batteries, make sure they are properly installed and have enough power. Replace them with new ones if needed.
2. Check the ring options: Press the ring option button with the music sign and cycle through the different ring options until you find one that stops the ringing.
3. Reset the doorbell: To reset the doorbell, unplug it from the wall outlet and wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in. This will allow the doorbell to reset and may solve the issue.
4. Check the chime settings: If your doorbell has multiple chime options, make sure the one that's causing the issue is not selected. You can cycle through the chime options using the settings button.
5. Contact customer support: If none of the above steps work, contact Honeywell customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or offer a replacement if the doorbell is defective.

My Blyss doorbell won't stop ringing. I have changed the batteries in the chime and tried various suggestions., cleaned the terminals in the bell push.Help please

If your Blyss doorbell won't stop ringing, there are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem. Here are some possible solutions:
  1. Check the wiring: The first thing to check is the wiring of your doorbell system. Make sure that all the wires are securely connected and that there are no loose or damaged wires. You can also try disconnecting the wires and then reconnecting them to see if that fixes the problem.
  2. Check the chime: If the wiring is fine, the next thing to check is the chime. Make sure that the chime is properly installed and that it is not damaged or loose. You can also try removing the chime and then reinstalling it to see if that fixes the problem.
  3. Check the bell push: If the chime is working properly, the next thing to check is the bell push. Make sure that the bell push is securely installed and that it is not damaged or loose. You can also try cleaning the terminals on the bell push to remove any dirt or debris that may be preventing it from working properly.
  4. Check the transformer: If the bell push is working properly, the next thing to check is the transformer. The transformer is a device that supplies power to your doorbell system, and if it is not working properly, it can cause your doorbell to ring continuously. Make sure that the transformer is securely installed and that it is not damaged or loose. You can also try disconnecting the transformer and then reconnecting it to see if that fixes the problem.
If none of these steps help, you may need to contact Blyss customer support for further assistance. They will be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps based on your particular doorbell model and setup.

Have M&S systems Model MC602 Can't seem to reset after power outage.

I called the company and this is what they said:

Based on the problem description, there is nothing you can check to try and get the radio to work again. The most likely cause is a Tuner Module failure due to electrical surge. You will need to send the MC602 to us for service. We will need you full address, phone number, and the serial number or date code from the back of the MC602. The serial number/date code will be on a white sticker and may have a barcode on the sticker as well. When receive you information, we will issue you a Return of Product Authorization (RPA) number and instructions for returning the unit. There will be a repair charge and that can be provided with the RPA number.

Well, this is a bad news for you. Just think of the damage that electrostatic discharge can do to these electronic devices; how much more the sudden fluctuation of the power lines can do or the electromagnetic interference resulting from the thunderstorm. This is why such electronic devices are strongly recommended to be unplugged when not in use or during thunderstorms and the likes. Unplug the device for several hours to allow the microprocessor to reset. Have it serviced by a qualified technician should the microprocessor doesn't reset after unplugging.

The doorbell buttons and your receiver must be on the same channel. If you will get out the directions that came with your unit, they will describe the process to go through to reset the specific "codes" for your buttons and receiver.
