Does the demo page do the same? Mite have image control board failure. And electrical storms on a good surge protector not a Ace hardware 19.99 special, of course nothing against Ace Hardware :). Could also be a High Voltage board failure. Meter count page OK print out.

fax line connected to a analog phone line can not be digital, is the fax line plug, phone line good call it and problem or nise.ed into the line connector not the tel connector fax kit installed properly and set up correctly

is it a Bizhub 250 or an bizhub C250 ? (bh250 : B&W copier - C250 : color copier)

hi piz Error code P9 and P21 appears on screen and when printing or photocopying using color black, blank copies are outputed

Hi Alan,
Please ensure that the printer driver is set correctly.
Go to your Printer & Faxes menu, right click the C250, click printing preferences, click the Quality tab and make sure Colour is selected. Apply the changes and bingo!
The above assumes you are using Windows and a PCL driver.

To print the transmission report:

1. Press the [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax mode screen.
2. Touch [FAX Menu].
3. Touch [TX Report] on the Set 1 tab.

4. Select how to output the report, and then touch [Enter].
– Default: The transmission report is printed according to the previously specified method.
– ON: The transmission report is printed with each transmission.
– If TX Fails: The transmission report is printed only if the fax could not be sent.
– OFF: The transmission report is not printed, regardless of the transmission result.
