Here is a link to error code sheets. User manuals do not offer the codes. Service manuals and the dealer has such. But the link in this forum posting should offer codes for the 800. Links are also provided for other models.

SOURCE: I have a 2011 polaris rzr s. I changed the air
there is a possibility that the after market filter is setting the sensor wrong and causing the problem. If it is too fine a filter then the air flow will be down and like wise if it is not fine enough it will be reading as a high air flow.
when using after market filters ensure that you read the section on the pack that reads the micron size that the filter will stop and it has to be the same as the original filter..
if you have a radio, the memory circuit will draw that. Does it affect the starting? If you leave it set for a while between uses, I would disconnect the battery or set up a disconnect switch for the battery. Also, check to see if there is any draw within the battery with it disconnected from the vehicle as a shorted cell can cause draw also.
Testimonial: "Super. I will check that tonight or tomorrow."
This code is not listed, suggest you see the dealer for further scanning and code retrieval.
SOURCE: What causes my 2008 polaris rzr 800 efi to back fire when I release the throttle
First thing first chang the plugs that model you have is bad about fauling plugs do to not allowing motor to warm up even if you were moving it five feet from were it was setting and don't matter if you just replace them early in the year, if it is cold this will happen with out ? So do this first.if that don't fix the problem Ok on your intake tube between the air box and the throttle body should be a small sensor mass air it has a small screw that holds the adjustment for it loosen the screw and and turn it counter clock wise just slightly tighten back and start bump throttle keep repeating the process untell you have a quick throttle response . Be sure to shut off and restart each time you move it keep your eye on the check engine light when you have it right the lite will stay out .good luck
