Hi, an f11 code means it's taking too long to heat up. Problem is most likely a worn bake ignitor. It's not drawing enough amps to open the gas safety valve. Call your local repair company. Hope that helps.

I will NEVER Purchase another LG product!!!!! We have had our Range for 2 years, each time i've used the selfclean option, it has burned out our computer unit AND power pad! I've called LG, called Home Depot and the extended warranty department. NO HELP what-so-ever. LG, says there is nothing they can do! So we paid $1700 for a stove that we can NOT use the self clean feature because it will put us out for a week. Its not very frugal having to take a family of 6 out to eat for a week and a half straight! And this is NOT the first time its happened! DO NOT BUY LG!!!!!!!!!!! The Customer Service will NEVER work with you if you have an issue, and once you purchase it, its out of the store's hands!

The "F11" fault code will display if the Motor Control Unit (MCU) has an internal failure; repeating under or over voltage, or over current conditions. If failure occurs during high speed spin the door unlocks after 3 minutes. The MCU (Motor Control Unit) is located beside the motor. See images below. Key #13 is the CCU and key #1 is the MCU. The CCU (Central Control Unit) is located under the top along the side panel. I recommend checking for loose wire connections at the MCU, CCU and motor. If you do not get any motor action at all, the MCU has likely failed.NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before removing the top and lower access panel. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer. Parts can be looked up and ordered at Sears PartsDirect If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician.
