Chances are she will be fine but there is a chance of side effects, at least one is potentially serious.

Your two year old has taken the dose recommended for a 12 year old and above and as dosage is broadly regulated by body mass, you can see it is a big dose and the NHS website warns it can increase the risk in children of something called Reyes Disease.

On balance it would be best to seek medical opinion.

SOURCE: can i take tylenol and aspirin together?

A healthy person can take these 2 together up to the recommended dose for short periods.

However persons with certain medical conditions may not be able to, and it also should not be done for long periods.

Altogether it should be done on the advice of a doctor if you are older, have any disorder, or plan this over a long period.

My husband has histoplasmosis and the treatment is not working and he seems to be getting worse. He runs very high fevers up to 105 degrees daily. He has been to several specialists but no results

FIXYA volunteers are not Doctors, so perhaps you need to seek different specialists if his treatment is failing.

Mayo Clinic web site has information as well to help you understand more about his condition, but you are dependent on using appropriate medical professionals to recommend treatment options.

There are specialists in the United States that might propose alternative treatment options. Can you afford to seek other medical advice and treatment?

Can i take tylenol and aspirin together?

talk with your doctor
Aspirin is a pain blocker in its own right and is not solely for blood thinning
it is good for migraines and other head aches so talk with your doctor to get the right medication needed for your problems
pain in the neck and shoulders can be from misalignment of the spine pulling on the muscles so talk with a chiropractor for a realignment as that is better than medication

You should go see a licensed medical professional. Never seek medical attention online, as you can seriously hurt yourself if you choose the wrong course of treatment.

How to make the migraine disease cured?

PREVENTIVE MEDICATIONS:

  • Medications for high blood pressure - Beta-blockers, Calcium channel blockers
  • Antidepressants - Nortriptyline (Pamelor), Amitriptyline (Elavil)
  • Antiseizure drugs - Valproic acid (Depakote), Gabapentin (Neurontin), topiramate (Topamax)
  • Some anti-allergy and antihistamines drugs, including cyproheptadine (Periactin) and diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
Over-the-counter medications:
  • Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): Drugs such as Ibuprofen, Aspirin and Naproxen fall in this category. These kinds of drugs should be avoided by people with a history of stomach bleeding and ulcers.
  • Acetaminophen (Tylenol): Taking acetaminophen is quite safe, even if the migraineur has a history of stomach bleeding and ulcers. This medication, however, should be avoided by individuals who have liver issues.
  • Combination medications: Some pain relievers such as Excedrin Migraine, which contains acetaminophen and aspirin combined with caffeine, are used to combat migraine.
