Child lock i cant find my remote and recently the child lock appeared and i dont know how to remove it.

I dont know if you can erase the child lock but if your universal remote has a settings button you should be able to turn the child lock off through the setting menu

Unknown password--ITC008 chassis with TV off press and hold volume down on the front of the tv and clear on the remote for 5 seconds

well then you will have to take the tv to a fixing place to get the lock removed and then buy a universal remote or find the one you've lost

If the front buttons don't work, it is usually caused by
the TV being set in CHILD LOCK.. Try this;
so got into menu and turn child lock to OFF.If you dont have a remote,then unplug at electrical outlet for 5 hours then plug back in and turn back on; box will then reset... Hope this may help you; Regards, VOTIT DON'T FORGET TO RATE
