Under
"Timing" you will see a link "PDF.............", click on this and a
list of diagrams will appear. Choose the one that looks like yours and
follow the adjacent instructions.
Press mode til you get to time then press and hold set. Once the hour starts blinking press the ST/SP button to set the time, then press set again for the minutes and do the same thing again. This should let you set your watch.
