You don't need drivers for this MP3 player, i own one, and you can put songs on it while it is charging, the issue is with the USB mode that the player is in. It has three settings for this. you can chhose between MTP, MSC, and auto detect. I have windows XP and for this i need to have it at MSC for it to work. You can changes this in the settings menu of the player, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list.
You need to install drivers of your devise in your pc then it will allow you to put something in it...
I have the same problem as explained on this post, I own the same kind of device. I tried "best solution". Didn't do it for me. It is said that no drivers are needed. If needed, where do you get them?
My computer doesn't recognize my sansa 2gb but it can recognize the 1gb. How can I get the computer to recognize the 2 gb?
I have a Sansa, and when it is charging, it is charging, nothing else can be done with it that I know of.
