Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi, I had a problem too, 21:13 error on my T610. Once the Service Station is disassembled, it is clean and reassembled and all OK for a few weeks. Now the problem arises again and I thought it was that the engine struggles because the SS is blocked by interlocking or otherwise. Once everything has been connected with the dismantled Service Station advance motor and it starts a few turns during initialization, then stops and the display shows the error 21:13. Is it possible that the engine has become sluggish or that it does not detect the sensor, the round black one mounted on the all-drilled engine which tells the plotter that the engine is running?

Yes if speed sensor is too far from magnet it will not pick up belt movement. This confuses the computer and as a safety precaution it shuts the machine off. Find speed sensor and check for proper alighment with magnet.

System Error: 47:YZ
Star wheels motor error..
Corrective Action: Try the following:
Switch the Power OFF from the back of the Printer and disconnect the
Power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power On the Printer.
Check that the Starwheel Assembly cable is not damaged and is correctly
connected to Main PCA.
Open the Window and check for any visible obstacles restricting the
movement of the Starwheel Assembly, then clear the obstruction.
Perform the Scan Axis Starwheel diagnostic test to troubleshoot the
problem further → Page 4-7.
Replace the Starwheel Motor → Page 8-167.
If the System Error continues, replace the Main PCA
Okay, this is direct from the repair manual. if this is a new printer you have one year warranty service on this printer. hope this helps!

take top off machine. look down right side and you will see a disc about 50 mm in diameter, attached to this is a small flexible rubber pipe, take this off at the disc and blow through it,( you will need some type of pipe to connect to the rubber pipe).this worked for me with the very same problem.
