Breezaire wkce 1060 does not cool my wine cabinet adequately unit worked OK (but not great when new). Now the unit is 4 years old and will not cool the cabinet more than 11 degrees below room temperature

I'm not familiar with your unit, but sounds like condenser problems. Check for a dirty coil on the backside or underneath the unit. Also, if it has a fan for that coil, make sure it's running when the compressor is running and that the blades are clean. Other than that, it could have developed a refrigerant leak.

II started up my 1060 two days ago. The fanis working properly but Idon't get any cold asir. A service person rechareged the coolan but still no cold air. I have unplugged it for the time being

The service person shouldn't be recharging the refrigerant unless they have found and repaired a leak. Or do you mean an antifreeze solution that is pumped round the system? If so the service person should have checked the cooling system was working before adding coolant.

CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER BREEZAIRE 858-566-7473 THEY WILL CONECT YOU WITH A DEALER THAT STILL MODIFIES UNIT TOP VENT.
BREEZAIRE DOES NOT MODIFY THE UNIT TOP VENT THEM SELF NOR DO THEY SELL DIRECT BUT THEY WILL PUT YOU IN CONTACT WITH THEIR DEALER THAT DOES.
