mcdevito75 here, From search on your home page, type in Seiko.com, then Seiko Corporation for a Seiko retailer by you for a new instruction manual, and or, look for a small watch repair shop in your area they may have more information on Seiko services.
If you do not have instructions you can get them from their web site "Seiko.com".
Click on "support" and then on " instruction booklets" and then scroll down the page and you will see a list of watches. Download the PDF for your watch.
Pulsar are made by Seiko and support can be obtained from their web site. (The number your quoted is a Seiko number- all Pulsar models seem to start with two or three letters).
Put "www.seiko.co.uk/support/instructionbooklets" into you search engine and you should come to the Seiko instructions list. Scroll down to find your watch and download the instructions.
