Change input device to some other which you know works for sure. If problem persists, try changing the channel. If you notice same problem, this may need attention by a qualified service technician.

Contact your LG repair centre. There will be a problem with the main board settings for the RGB gain levels, this is the area which sets up the colour balance. A factory re-set may cure the problem but more likely the EPROM settings on the main board would need to be rectified.

This might be a proble with athe green electron gun having a short between the cathode and the grid. This problem require the use of a device called a picture tube rejuvenator. to test and if need be clear the short.
