My Bosch Nexxt 300 washer seems to be jumping stages in the cycle program. It starts the normal cycle with 60 min to go, but as soon as the water is filled it drops to 57 min. Also, in the spinning cycle, the water drains and the machine just turns gently, with no spinning and the timer drops from 6 min to 0. Any ideas? Apart from those, the machine washes nicely. Thanks.

Iit could be that your machine is not pumping all the water out down to a level that allows the cycle to continue, unplug the machine and try to blow down the outlet pipe,if you cannot then (only if your confident)remove the back cover and disassemble the water pump to remove the blockage, reassemble and try again.eric992

SOURCE: Will not drain or spin

Unless you jarred the machine it's the timer. You can check this by bypassing the lid switch and seeing if it will cycle.

gabehart....sounds like belt is slipping. Replace it. The water pump is on a separate smaller motor so is not affected by the agitator/spin motor.

SOURCE: the washer will not drain or spin

more than likely the pump needs replacing, first of all remove the outlet drain hose from the the place it discharges and lower it into a bucket, this should allow it to syphon away, you may need to empyt the bucket a few times once the machine is empty you should be able to put it on its spin cycle once it has spun locate and remove the filter to remove any objects or lint, fill machine with warm water and try to drain and spin via the programme,if this do not work fit a new pump

SOURCE: bosch exxcel wf02465 wont spin

We had similar problem, with the spin cycle not working. We opened the 'drain' pipe (front-right bottom side). It was full of lime scale; never been opened for years. We cleaned it up and the spin cycle is now working.

Detergent dispenser

As far as I am aware, there IS NO dispenser for bleach, you have to put bleach in drum before adding clothes and starting cycle. The far right compartment is only for "pre-wash" cycles, and if no pre-wash is selected, water will run through ALL compartments at the rinse stage..... Oshie
