go to settings, system, about phone, system updates and check for updates.

The best thing i can imagine, is to do a factory reset of the phone.

Hi all I've got a mobicel tablet enco and it just went dead so I plug it in and it shows charge and goes off again and comes on to charge again the charge ring block isn't broken I tried charging the charger and bought brand new charger it still does the same what can it be now it just doesn't charge at all
