Harry, If you mean to access WiFI, then all you have to do is buy a WiFi dongle. Install it and then insert the dongle into the USB port. and you are on. But, if you want to run a WIFi hot spot on your PC, then you need to install a wireless router so that other devices having a WiFI capability can connect to it. You need to set up a WireLess LAN for which there exists a wizard in Windows.

Click the "Manually create a network profile" option and type the network's information in the spaces provided.
