We use a lathem time clock model #pc50 and we cannot locate the manual. how can i download a manual for this machine?

send it into Gateway Time Systems in Pittsburgh...they will replace the ribbon, clean and lube it, and make sure the program is up to date for you. they did a wonderfull job on my company's time clock and they barely charged anything. i found them @ www.shop.gatewaytime.com good luck :), Adam

First off, I did NOT have a lamp issue! All I needed was a product "manual" as I could not find the one the company used to have. Secondly, there is no problem to solve; if I would have had the manual, I could have hooked the device up myself.
