I FORGOT MY BIOS PASSWORD NOW I NEED TO REMOVE IT MEANWHILE I CAN'T MY SISTEM IS NOT BOOTING TO DESKTOP
You will need to open the laptop to fix this..
inside in laptop is a small c-mos battery, this needs needs to disconnected for about 10 minutes with the main battery disconnected and not plugged in.
replace the battery and the back of the laptop, and boot it up.
after unplugging the battery and mains press power button to release any power left in the system then take the battery out or replace, but this has worked for me 100%
Testimonial: "Thanks for the support. I have tried to restart the system after unplugging the c-mos battery for 10min but it's still asking for the supervisor's password. I want to change the battery to a new one and restart the procedure. Thanks"
SOURCE: bios reset password
Obivously none of you read the acctual problem of the guy with the problem. He has BIOS, HD and admin-passwords set. So, no way to enter the BIOS, boot from CD or anything else.
There is no way to bypass the HD password. Go buy a new harddisc, that's the only solution.
It sometimes helpes to bypass the BIOS password when you take out the CMOS battery for an hour or two. But it usually comes back after you reboot.
If you google you will find some threads about reading out the password from the motherboard, using some technical devices.
But I have no clue how that works.

Try to locate the CMOS jumper on board. Set the jumper from pin 1-2 to 2-3 and return it back to 1-2.. This will restart your PC to default settings and erase the password.
Maybe this could help..
Mon =)

The only thing you can do is to reinstall to os at this time or try to fine the password
SOURCE: forget BIOS Password (Laptop - IBM Thinkpad Lenovo R60)
For that you need to reset factory defaults settings for bios.
For reset bios u have to open back side of your laptop then u find motherbord circuit there.
pull cmos cell on motherbord for 15 minute then it reset to defaults.
Also u can reset with jumper settigns read carefully on mother bord there is 1 jumper near cmos cell u read there " bios reset or clear"
It is on 1-2 position right now set it in 2-3 position then power up then all bios settings are reset.
then again set it in 1-2 its original position.
As many as two passwords may be needed for any Lenovo IdeaPad computer: the power-on password (POP) and the supervisor password (SVP). If any of these passwords has been set, a prompt for it appears on the screen whenever the computer is turned on. The computer does not start until the password is entered.
Exception: If only an SVP is installed, the password prompt does not appear when the operating system is booted.
Power-on password
A power-on password (POP) protects the system from being powered on by an unauthorized person. The password must be entered before an operating system can be booted.
Supervisor password
A supervisor password (SVP) protects the system information stored in the BIOS Setup Utility. The user must enter the SVP in order to get access to the BIOS Setup Utility and change the system configuration.
Attention: If the SVP has been forgotten and cannot be made available to the servicer, there is no service procedure to reset the password. The system board must be replaced for a scheduled fee.
Sorry hope this helps a little good luck
