Console light blinks rapidlyThe control detects a stuck button on the control panel.A failed control panel or a malfunctioning electronic control board can cause this code. Check the buttons on the control panel using a volt/ohm meter. In most cases, the control panel must be replaced. If that doesn't solve the problem, the electronic control board might be at fault.

OPERATION
A rapidly blinking LED over
one of the keys of the keypad
(or sometimes a "dead"
keypad/console) indicates one
or more key switch lines are
stuck or shorted on either the
control or the keypad. To
determine if the control or
keypad is faulty, do the
following test:
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect
power.
2. Open the dishwasher door.
3. Open console and disconnect the
keypad ribbon connection from
the control (at P1). Make sure all
other connections are made.
4. Put console back together. Do not
close the dishwasher door.
5. Plug in dishwasher or reconnect
power.
6. Wait 5 seconds.
7. Close dishwasher door.
8. Monitor the control's response:
? If the control is OK (no longer
sees shorts with the keypad
unplugged), it will respond by
turning on a Drain Motor for
2 minutes. Check and/or
replace the keypad if the
control responds OK.
? If the control is not OK (still
sees shorts with the keypad
unplugged), then the drain
motor will NOT respond and
will remain off. If no response,
replace the control.

Hello alexmn26 - I understand you said there are no lights on, however try unplugging the unit or flipping the household breaker off for two minutes to reset. Is there power to the unit? I suggest touching each button individually on keypad, does any lights turn on or does display change? If not, I would recommend contacting a professional because the unit may possibly have a defective keypad.
"My keypad won't light up when door is locked when you push lock won't light up green."
Try this:
To make the keys light up when you want to enter your code, you have to push the lock button on the keypad first. If the keypad light never comes on, open the door and manually lock the interior lock, then press the keypad lock button. The above instructions should then work.
Good luck--and please provide feedback if this helps!

Keypad cable unplugged1. Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control board). 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board (also called ERC or clock).
If the drain or screen are clogged, the machine may no operate. Unscrew the the 2 long screws on bottom, remove the basket, there may be a flapper under the basket,

I ran into this same problem. Cutting the power didnt reset it.
After power reset, mine had the normal led blinking. If I pressed cancel, then the cancel and china button leds would start blinking too.
I pulled out the trouble shooting guide (from behind the baseboard kick panel under the dishwasher door). It that if the dishwasher wont run and button LEDs are blinking there is a short circuit in the keypad. It gave a keypad diagnostic sequence which I followed. (disconnect keypad and try to initiate the diagnostic cycle without the keypad by disconecting the yellow leads to OWI sensor twice in less than 6 seconds.
I could hear the diagnostic cycle start, so the problem is a bad keypad. Will order a new one tomorrow and let you know if it works.
