about error 3 please make sure first dc voltage comining fro power board to servo board check J8,J28, second encoder signal from the motor is not supplied check J2,J29, third check connection between main board and servo board J11,J1

How to remove error 3 juki sv -500

I wasnt able to locate the sv-500 but juki but from the others I read its a head position detect failure.

Disconnection of synchronizer connector

(no signal from head position synchronizer)

Check the synchronizer connector (CN33)

So likely a common cause is a connector for the cable that comes from head to control board.

Have you researched what the codes signify? That will give you a good clue of what's going wrong and how to address each. In your case, since you are having multiple issues, service may be a good option.

1- your control box model is SC-500 not SV500, juki didn't made sv never ever
2- there is no error 2 just error 3 and error 4 both means there's problem with synchronizer which installed behaind handwheel first try to clean it by dray spray maby there's some oil or dust arround it. if error still coming change the senchronyzer with new one
