The screen is cracked on my Motorola E4.can I buy another E4 and just change the sim card ?

If your phone show Invalid SIM it means the SIM card is corrupted you will have to change the SIM card.There is no other option.

The I9 has a defect. The outer screen, which is glued, does not allow for expansion. My screen cracked after only a week of light use. My phone was NEVER DROPPED, and developed a small crack near the edge. Within two hours, the crack expanded to the other side of the screen. The phone i have was manufactured in the same month I got it. Motorola has some issues with their warranty system, and it only works sporatically. This phone will most likely be recalled.

If your phone is telling you that your Sim card is not valid.

There is two possible conditions.
1) There is water on you sim card or it is dirty
What to do: Take yout phone apart (back caver, batteries, SIM card, abd memcard) dry everything and clean it up. Then put it back together.

OR

2) Your sim card is scratched.
To ensure it try that sim in another phone and see....
Only thing to do: Buy a new Sim card.

The beeping sounds is not the phone's fault I guess, I guess it is the SIM card's fault. Try changing your SIM card to a new one from your service provider. Also buy a new battery from Cell phone companies, please do not buy the Made in China batteries with names different than Motorola, just buy the ones with the Motorola sign.
