I have a cheap Packard bell cordless phone. The keys are locked. How do I unlock?

SOURCE: philips cordless phone message indicates "keys locked"...can't dial.

You should have a key symbol on the * key. Press and hold this to turn on and off the lock feature.

I accidently locked mine, without the help of a baby! (I notice though that you posted this last year, so hopefully it's sorted now). If you press and hold the # key that should do it.
