SOURCE: Need 3' stick of plastic between vac head and vac

Hello,

Unfortunately the Fantom vacuum company has gone out of business, and no parts are available any more for these machines. Actually James Dyson (Dyson Vacuums) had some part in this company, and due to poor designs (mostly in their uprights) the company didn't last and ended up bankrupt.

You may be able to find someone selling the machine on Ebay, but other then this the only parts that are still available are aftermarket filters, and belts.

I hope this helped you,

Chris J.

My cordless vac will not charge properly. It starts and stops a few times before it quits all together.. Any ideas on how to remedy this problem?

How old is this vac? I ask because newer cordless systems use better battery technology with memory on charging. If it is fairly new then it could be a loose charging port. If it is more than 3 years old you may need to think about a new vac unless you can physically change the battery. (Li-Ion/newest and has 'memory', NiMH, NiCd are older).

My Dyson v6 animal vacuum won't charge

Hello. I have the same problem as Shelly. My Dyson will not charge. When removed form the charger the LED light flashes a few times and then stops. The motor does not run at all. When the machine is returned to the charger the same thing happens. LED light flashes , then stops! The power supply from the mains plug is live. Any ideas please? From Eleanor O'Neill.

Why won't shark cordless stick vac motorized brush work?

Is the brush rotating, if not the belt is broken or jammed, if so remove the bottom plate and all will be reveiled.
