Why isn't the hp 9015 printer respond to the apple mac computer

    is the hp 9015 printer running over internet protocol ?
    Have you set the printer with a valid ip address and subnet mask for your ethernet network ?
    Have you downloaded a apple driver for a hp 9015 printer and installed it on your apple mac
    go tohttps://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/sel...
    it should detect the operating system of your apple mac and let you download the correct driver .

    Apple will automatically detect the printer once it has a valid ip address after you download and install the driver ..


    I have done this in real life !
    Had printer ip address incorrect for apple ip network. Once I downloaded on an apple the driver !
    don't download on a non apple computer as apple mac may not read driver file - download on apple mac
    apple detected the printer and set it up for me !

check the printer buffer it may be full,delete all the works pending in the buffer and switch on the printer.

Well if the other computer you tried it on is a PC, the your issue is probably that you need to download the driver package for OSX. Windows generally had drivers built in.. mac does not.

If you can, just plug your printer to the MAC and turn on the printer, then when you power up the MAC it will recognize the printer and should supply the necessary driver for the printer.

There are multiple ways to use the scanner on your Mac. If your Mac recognizes the scanner as a device, then you can use the scan from the Mac using Preview or Image Capture apps (in your Applications folder). You can also use Picasa by going to the import function and finding the scanner and try it from there. If you are having issues getting the HP scanner to recognize the Apple device. Here is the official website for the download from HP. Apple drivers sometimes do the job of getting the scanner to be recognized, but the official drivers might do better.

If you have the disk that came with the printer you can load the drivers on your HP computer. If not you can go to the link below and select your operating system and download the current driver.

Screen says charging but it isn t on the charge
1. press menu and center select button until apple screen comes up.

2. save your music (expod for mac os, not sure about windows, use cnet downloads to find ipod-2-computer)

3. reformat and update firmware/software. you will loose everything on it.

4. start over... =( try putting music on and try again.
